Open /settings/account. Owner-only actions.
Export everything: click "Download workspace export (.json)". You get a single JSON file with every row in your tenant — entities, people, ownership, filings, billing, audit trail, the lot. Password hashes are stripped. Use it for portability, internal audit, or moving off the platform.
Delete the workspace: type the confirmation phrase, click "Schedule deletion". A 30-day grace window starts — the actual purge runs from a cron worker after that. You can cancel any time before the grace period ends. Once the grace runs out, the data is gone irrecoverably (subject to legal retention requirements).
Why the 30-day grace: to protect against accidental deletes and credential compromise — an attacker who steals an owner's session can't insta-burn the workspace.
